Implementation Tips for 2026:
Taglines/Bilingual Support: Since your agency focuses on the Hindu/Indian community, it is highly recommended (and sometimes required by Section 1557) to include a “Tagline” in Hindi and Gujarati stating that free language assistance is available.
The “Coordinator”: As the owner, you will likely be the “Civil Rights Coordinator” initially. Just make sure your name or title is clearly listed.
